1 (12 fluid ounce) can vegetable juice (such as V8®)1 (4 ounce) lean sirloin steak, diced1 cup chopped kale½ teaspoon dried minced onion, or to taste1 pinch garlic powder, or to tastesalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Mix vegetable juice, sirloin steak, kale, dried onion, garlic powder, salt and black pepper in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and let stand until the kale is softened, about 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
