2 pounds ground turkey2 onions, chopped½ cup chopped green bell pepper½ cup chopped red bell pepper1 serrano chile pepper, minced1 fresh chile pepper, minced2 cloves garlic, minced2 cups ketchup1 cup barbeque sauce¼ cup cider vinegar¼ cup packed brown sugar2 tablespoons prepared mustard1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon Italian seasoning1 teaspoon onion powder½ teaspoon ground black pepperhamburger buns, split

Cook and stir ground turkey, onions, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, serrano chile pepper, fresh chile pepper, and garlic in a large skillet over medium heat until the turkey is no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Drain fat from the turkey mixture.Stir ketchup, barbeque sauce, cider vinegar, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, onion powder, and black pepper into the turkey mixture. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce heat to medium-low, and cook at a simmer until the vegetables are completely softened, about 20 minutes.Serve on split hamburger buns.
