Ingredients

2 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted1 lime, juiced1 jalapeno pepper, diced1 clove garlic, minced½ small onion, minced1 Roma tomato, seeded and diced1 tablespoon chopped fresh cilantrosalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Place avocados in a bowl. Squeeze lime juice on top and roughly smash with a fork until thoroughly mashed. Add jalapeno pepper, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, salt, and pepper; gently combine with a fork.
