1 cup bread flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 cup cornmeal1 cup molasses2 cups water1 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt
Directions

In large bowl, stir together bread flour, whole wheat flour, cornmeal, baking soda. Stir in molasses and water; mix until combined. Pour batter into two lightly greased coffee cans, fill about 2/3 full.Place loaves into a steamer, cover and steam over low heat. Steam for 1 hour and 45 minutes, until loaves are set.
