Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 small tomato, chopped
  • 1 (15 ounce) can green peas, drained
  • 1 ½ cups tomato sauce
  • 1 ½ (5 ounce) cans tuna, drained
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Directions

  • Heat olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook and stir onion in the hot oil until softened, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir tomato, peas, tomato sauce, and tuna into onion; continue cooking until warm, 3 to 4 minutes; season with salt and black pepper.
