1 (15 ounce) can cannellini (white kidney) beans, rinsed and drained1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained1 (15 ounce) can dark red kidney beans, rinsed and drained½ onion, minced2 cloves garlic, minced2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley, or to taste¼ cup olive oil1 lemon, juicedsalt and ground black pepper to taste
