1 head red cabbage, shredded1 ripe tomato, chopped10 baby carrots, chopped1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained⅔ cup chopped pecans½ Red Delicious apple, cored and cut into thin chips½ red bell pepper, seeded and chopped½ cup dried cherries, or to taste1 green onion, chopped1 teaspoon chopped cilantro, or to taste1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley, or to taste¼ teaspoon dry mustard powder, or to tastesalt and ground black pepper to taste2 tablespoons mayonnaise½ cup honey

Toss red cabbage, tomato, baby carrots, pineapple, pecans, apple, red bell pepper, dried cherries, green onion, cilantro, parsley, dry mustard, salt, and black pepper together in a large salad bowl until thoroughly combined. Gently mix mayonnaise into the slaw and drizzle with honey; stir again to combine all ingredients. Cover bowl and chill before serving.
