Ingredients

  • 1 clove garlic, peeled
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Crush garlic with salt until it forms a paste. Stir in chili powder, red pepper flakes, oregano, paprika, cumin, and pepper in a small bowl. Alternatively, combine all ingredients in a bowl of a mini-food processor until well mixed. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
