Ingredients

  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans beef stock
  • 1 (10 ounce) can diced tomatoes with green chiles
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup diced fully cooked ham
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 2 bunches collard greens, thinly sliced
  • 2 bunches mustard greens, thinly sliced
  • 2 bunches turnip greens, thinly sliced

Directions

  • Place beef stock, diced tomatoes with green chiles, onion, ham, vinegar, sugar, garlic powder, seasoned salt, red pepper flakes, and bay leaf in a slow cooker. Add collard greens, mustard greens, and turnip greens in order listed to slow cooker.
  • Cook on Low until greens are very tender, 4 to 6 hours.
