Ingredients

  • 3 avocados, peeled and pitted
  • 1 (16 ounce) package cottage cheese
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  • Mash avocados in a bowl until mostly creamy, but with a few chunks left.
  • Stir cottage cheese, tomato, green chilies, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper into mashed avocado until incorporated. Refrigerate to chill, about 10 minutes.
