  • 2 cups fresh coconut
  • ¾ cup coconut water (liquid from inside coconut)
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ⅓ cup agave nectar
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Directions

  • Puree coconut, coconut water, maple syrup, cocoa powder, agave nectar, vanilla extract, and sea salt in blender and pulse several times to chop; blend until smooth. Chill in serving containers.
