Put processed cheese into a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until melted, 5 to 7 minutes.Stir melted butter, hot pepper sauce, and horseradish into the melted processed cheese.Chill the dip in the refrigerator until set, at least 1 hour.
