2 (10 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers1 (14.5 ounce) can petite diced tomatoes with chipotle¼ onion, coarsely chopped1 clove garlic1 lime, juiced3 slices pickled jalapeno peppers, or to taste1 bunch fresh cilantro leaves
Directions

Place the canned tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, and optional jalapenos into a blender. Cover, and blend until it reaches the desired consistency. Add cilantro and pulse until combined.
