1 mango - peeled, seeded, and chopped½ red bell pepper, minced1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced, or to taste¼ cup chopped green onion1 lime, zested and juiced1 tablespoon vinegar1 tablespoon olive oilsalt and ground black pepper to taste
Directions

Stir the mango, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, green onion, lime zest, lime juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper together in a bowl. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.
