2 pounds baby carrots½ cup orange juice concentrate¼ cup tamari sauce2 cloves garlic, minced1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger1 teaspoon grated orange zest1 tablespoon Asian (toasted) sesame oil1 tablespoon honey
Directions

Place the baby carrots, orange juice concentrate, tamari sauce, garlic, ginger, orange zest, toasted sesame oil, and honey into a slow cooker, and mix well. Set the cooker to Low, cover, and cook for 8 hours. Turn setting to High, and cook for 30 minutes.
