3 jalapeno peppers, minced, or to taste2 serrano peppers, minced, or to taste1 habanero pepper, minced, or to taste¾ yellow onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced, or to taste3 avocados - peeled, pitted, and cubed3 Roma tomatoes, chopped1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes1 lemon, juicedsalt and pepper to taste1 tablespoon olive oil, or to taste
Directions

Combine the jalapeno peppers, serrano peppers, habanero pepper, onion, garlic, avocados, Roma tomatoes, diced tomatoes, and lemon juice into a food processor. Drizzle in the olive oil; season to taste with salt and pepper. Pulse until the salsamole has reached your desired consistency.
