Wrap each crab with a slice of bacon, then dip it into the eggs followed by the pancake mix.Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Place the bacon-wrapped crab into the skillet, and cook, turning occasionally, until evenly browned, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
